Reason for decision

As the report is related to a strategy and the approach to the creation of a project pipeline, no specific project activity or delivery is included which may have a positive or negative impact on climate change.  As schemes identified within the pipeline are developed and come forwards for approval to proceed, Climate Change Impact Assessments will be completed for each.

Capital projects are likely to be subject to planning approval.
